[Sigia-l] On a Practical Note - Contract Rates

Hi all -

I am soon to be among the unemployed for the second time in two years. (Not 
looking for sympathy, I know I am not alone.)

I'm interested in any current thoughts on contract rates. It looks like 
contracting will be my best short-term employment bet. I know about a year 
ago this was discussed here, but I'm wondering what the current temperature 
is.

Although national info would be interesting, I'm in the Midwest - Minnesota 
to be exact.
