Boy, that idea of designing an experience for
a user is a Disney-BarnumandBailey view of
things.  A draw 'em in and show 'em what we
want to show 'em approach that is a little
sickening.

The other side of the coin is the user: who
is he/she?  What does he/she want?  Can we
give him/her better controls?  Less confusion,
etc..
