Hi everyone - My name is Glenn Handler and I am the Lead Recruiter at a
consulting firm called BusinessEdge Solutions.  I have a unique opportunity
to bring a senior resource on board ASAP in the NJ/NY area.  Its a solid mix
of UX Strategy/IA design and development and PM skills.  Someone that can

Required Skills and Experience
	Usability Analysis and Interface Design
§	Experienced with website information architecture and interface
design;
§	Some technical knowledge, specifically web application design,
portal software, and content management systems;
§	Background in usability; ability to design, execute and analyze user
and usability tests;
§	Specific experience in web design projects for financial services or
insurance companies in the areas of corporate/public sites, intranets, rapid
prototyping;
§	Expertise in translating business rules and practices into
functional requirements;
§	Skilled in creating business process flows.

Project Management
§	Strong project management skills.  Should be capable of leading a
front-end development team (information architecture, content, visual
design, and interface development) and should be able to facilitate efforts
with technical project team;
§	Management experience leading design and production teams
(multi-disciplined teams of writers, graphic designers, and developers);
Ability to oversee development, create application documentation, and
conduct quality assurance.
