Ziya - please, think a little more flexibly. I don't think anyone is
suggesting that every hyperlink in the world be blue and underlined - but I
do think that a "standard" for a single website (or perhaps a set of
related sites) that says "hyperlinks will be consistently
blue/red/pink/lillac/whatever so that someone using the site(s) will be
able to consistently recognize a link and so our many development teams
won't have to spend valuable time arguing about what color to make the
links" does make a lot of sense!
