I agree. We also have clients that _want_ to be a collaborator in a 
transparent process. They view it as a value add to their team. So they 
can learn and apply similar user-centered methods for internal clients 
or future projects. IDEO for example has had great success not only 
selling end-deliverable, but a process you as a client can be a part of 
and learn from.
