I'd recommend keeping the content localized throughout. So, if the user 
has selected English, then all the contact info should be English, not 
a mix; if Spanish, then all the contact info in Spanish, not a mix; 
etc. I think you'll confuse people by mixing the two - not to mention 
they'll probably think something is broken.

In knowing the audience that is going to be using this, is it safe to 
assume that they will not be looking up contact info internationally - 
will those in Germany only look up Germans, those in Spain only look up 
the Spanish, etc?
