The basic thing, then, is to somehow
put your finger on the basic NEED,
or needs. From needs flow requirements,
which are also not so easy to determine,
since there are many ways to skin a cat.

It sometimes takes years for an entity
to figure out what business it is in,
but once agreed upon by committee, it 
is usually something laughable.

It makes you feel that it is the web
designer that drives a company to
achieve its destiny.  If we are
successful.
