I had posted a few plugins:

Isometric Line Tool (freeware, Carbonized for OSX)
<http://personalpages.tds.net/~graffix/software/plugins.html#IsoLineTool>

Isometric Shapes (freeware, not sure if Carbonized)
http://personalpages.tds.net/~graffix/software/plugins.html#isometric

Perspective (Carbonized)

There are others.

But here's something really neat, an isometric font specifically made for
iso site diagramming!

Have a look:

draft - sitemap font für mac und pc
<http://www.uploaders.de/draft/index.php>

It's in German, here's the download for Mac:

Incidentally, you can get interactive, thumbnail-based site maps
automatically in GoLive and DreamWeaver as part of the package without
having to use another app just to do the site map part. They are not iso,
though.
