Dan,

With radio buttons, you can effectively achieve two orderings through 
layout...

o Buy      o Buy to Cover
o Sell      o Sell to Close

This way, Buy and Sell are right next to one another as you suggest, 
but reading horizonally, Buy and Buy to Cover are also adjacent.
