At Burntsand Boston (www.burntsand.com) we are looking for potential team
members or contractors who have the following skills: 

1) Experience Architects (Senior)
	- Experience solving complex IA and usability problems for large
enterprise clients 
	- 3+ years experience
	- Experience with client relationship management and/or team
leadership
	- Collaborative approach to solution design
	- Proven track record with usability testing methods

2) Experience Architects (Senior)
	- All of the above and also proven experience with Windows software
design/GUI applications (at least 2 desktop application projects
successfully completed)
	- Experience with Microsoft .NET (Visual Studio.net and/or WinForms
or WebForms) a plus

3) Creative Leads
	- Senior-level, 3+ years experience in similar role (Assoc. Creative
Director, Creative Director, Creative Lead) helping enterprise-level clients
to solve complex creative problems
	- Prior experience leading project teams, including project
management responsibilities
	- Budgeting, estimation, and proposal writing skills
	- Understanding of and proven prior experience with principles of
branding and marketing
	- Some background or training in visual design and information
architecture
	- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
	- Knowledge of production practices and HTML standards &
compatibility issues
	- Experience with Microsoft .NET (WebForms, Visual Studio.net) a
plus
	- Experience with portals and intranets a plus
