If you listen long enough to Derek, it starts making more sense. His last
few posts have been the most meaningful I've read. I may have gotten better
after understanding Derek's background. Just from visiting his web site,
www.derekrogerson.com <http://www.derekrogerson.com> , I learned he holds a
Masters Degree in Poetics. Once I learned that, I decided I must approach
his comments like I approach poetry. It changes everything.

Poetry may not always be as user-friendly as prose. It can be more
expressive and more revealing (when you take the time to know)

My pet peeve with this approach is that I have little time to read all these
posts and I must scan.  With Derek's posts, I have to slow down. When it is
very relevant, though, I admit it is a good thing.
