A plug for the oft-maligned "For Dummies" books - "FrameMaker 5.5.6 For 
Dummies" is one of the finest books on Adobe FrameMaker ever written... which 
is sad when you think about it, but quite true :)

Oh, and "Managing for Dummies" was quite useful as well, in its day.
