This is not a digression. This is most relevant.

For instance, how many hapless boobs still lead their respective
companies after marching them off that cliff ?

(I believe this is an age [demo] issue --> Remember who hands out the
money!)

How much, (if any), have hiring/cultivation/investment practices changed
-- perceptions about *who* / *what-type* should lead on the dance floor
-- since the 'Death-from-Above' Internet bust ?

In what way (besides cowering in fear) have leadership, or attitudes,
changed from old-to-new millennium ?

The answer is there are still a lot of boobs doing a lot of these same
things *and* no one is willing to stand up, dust themselves off,
build-up from the foundations, and do-it-right this time.

I see workers with heads hung low, staying-in-the-shadows, *trying not*
to be noticed, so the Axe won't fall.

People need to be shaken. Where's Elvis when you need him?
