Yes, that *is* the point. As your examples indicate, each project requires
its own *hard* thinking. What's the *easiest* answer? Think of a
feature/functionality/process -> write code for it -> stash it in a menu.
Let the user find it. It *is* there. There *is* a menu. How hard could it be
to find it?

Caveat: designing UIs without relying on menus is much harder and takes far
longer. But I digress.
