process/requirements focused and the second is more
creative/user center design focused.


POSITION 1
Web Information Architect/Business Analyst

This position supports the creation of organization
and navigation structures for Web sites and Web
applications, as well as the analysis and management
of Web development and implementation processes. The
employee would act as a user advocate and participate
in identifying customer and user requirements and
determining an appropriate architecture and content
structure. 

Would work with the project team to identify and
define user groups, goals, and critical tasks. Work
with the client to translate the client’s business
processes and practices into functional and business
requirements for complex Web-based projects. 
Involves creating:
·	Task flows
·	Site maps
·	Screen wireframes
·	Functional prototypes to ensure all business and
user requirements identified are addressed. 
·	Usability tests 

A minimum of four years in Web analysis/development
required. Experience with process modeling/information
design tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio), user interface
development/design, requirements gathering techniques,
and familiarity with HTML coding required.  Experience
with user-centered design required. Effective verbal
and written communication skills required. Usability
testing experience preferred. Consulting experience
preferred. BS/BA degree required, MA/MS in Psychology,
Library Science, Human Computer Interaction preferred.

POSITION 2
