[Sigia-l] Use of "FAQ'

Well, the 0 (zero) button on my phone has carried the convention of
dialing the Operator for a few generations now, and the phones on
both of my desks still have "OPER" written beneath the key... My cell
phone does not, but it is no shining star of usability either
The much lauded Macintosh Trash can has the text "trash" beneath it...
I always say, "if you got the room, spell it out" One thing most
users have in common is the ability to read (in one way or another:
with their eyes, with their screen reader, etc)
Just as interesting to me would be:
Does the concept of "Frequently Asked Questions" map correctly to a
general audience.
