[Sigia-l] Default Searches

When I checked the site, the search box had

Search for...

as the starting text.

I could see how people might think that they click the Go button to go
to the search screen.

It may seem that the search box is not available for searches
(something is printed there).

As another said, a label over the text field may make it more evident.
Another possibility is to change the text Search for... to a phase like
Type Search Here. A label for the search field seems better to me.

These are just how I think users could respond to the search field.
