Um, all I meant was, right problem wrong solution. people who yell at people
who don't speak English (such as I saw recently in Italy from an American
tourist in an Italian shop) haven't gotten their head around the nature of
the problem. the shopkeeper might be deaf or he might not speak English.

the help page wasn't really speaking kids language, which consists not only
in easier to recognize large font (as Avi contends) but also lots of
illustrations, simpler sentences, more frequent paragraph breaks and a host
of other elements... in other, the help page isn't really speaking the
children's language, though it might be speaking a pidgin version.

Hmmm, it is getting to be goose-grease cookie season, isn't it?
