This does make sense, however I think we need to give the founders time to
prove themselves. It makes no sense for a bunch of people to work really
hard to get something started and then bring in a whole new set of folks to
run it. This stuff takes devotion, energy and momentum. I think we should
give these folks some support and some time to prove themselves. In a year
we can see what this thing is going to be, who has contributed and how and
what it should/will look like moving forward. We can see if it has been
inclusive or exclusive.
