Collaboration: great. But I was just shown a strategy/business plan
document that notes UI detail down to the fonts that should be used!
I've seen others with what amounts to wireframes and work flows in them,
which definitely crosses into the "traditional" IA territory. Once
clients (internal or external) see those, it's hard to alter them even
though the strategist might not have given a thought to how a user will
actually use the product, but only how the product should meet the
business goals.
