"I'd say you got bigger problems than your sampling size."

It must be old age. I'm seeing the wisdom of Ziya's comments of late (and
his increased 'restraint' in his approach) and fascinated that they spawn
debates at all. It's useless to engage in debates when the two individuals
are clearly looking at the situation from different floors in the building.
But I also eschew those who insist on 'curtailing' the debates as if they
were somehow counterproductive. We, of all disciplines should appreciate the
value of working through differences of perspectives...we are the keepers of
resolving those differences in order to accommodate all perspectives. It's
our professional mandate, and so many of us appear to be so appalling bad at
it.
