In my non-IA-related job I put together a document spelling out in great
detail the artwork production process of the company I work for. Although it
was on paper, it ended up being very much like a Web site, in that people
would start at the beginning of the process and, based on answers to certain
questions, would jump to another part of the document. (It worked a lot like
those choose-your-own-adventure books.)

It wasn't a Web site, but I definitely used IA principles in putting it
together.
