Point taken on the directions - we plead an audience problem ;-) These are
written to support clients and colleagues who need directions worst - those
coming from out of town.

For locals, the useful information is:

39 York Road is across York Road from the Shell Centre and the London
Eye/Millennium Wheel.
I think I've managed to put the arrow in the right place on this map:
http://www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=530906&y=179935&z=1&sv=530750,179750
&st=4&ar=Y&mapp=newmap.srf&searchp=newsearch.srf

If you are in the Waterloo Tube station, take the South Bank exit onto York
Road - Elizabeth House is in front of you as you come out of the exit.

If you are Waterloo mainline station, take the walkway towards the Shell
Centre and then the stairs down to York Road.

When you arrive, mention Scient to the security people - they won't know
from IA or UX or ID at all. Then you can sign in and come up to the 5th
Floor.

well the directions below surely suggest that Scient could do with
some "findability" advice.

maybe boxes&arrows can help?

cheers
