I have to say at least the 7+/-2 rule is at least based on psychological
research.

Christina, my 10 Cents worth....
- Mark all mandatory fields with a red asterisk
- Left ALign forms (50%) no no right align forms (the remaining 50%)
- Call the first page HOME coz if it isn't what is it?
- Users scan images first
- The 7+2 rule
- The ideal page size does not exceed 60k
- USEIT has the ideal page size (followed by "he is the leading
authority you know....)
- Keep mandatory links at the bottom of the page (you know... privacy
policy... )
- Don't put in more than 10 checkboxes in a single page
will mail more after i meet with my PM.
