We've gotten a lot of mileage out of Bob Boiko's wisdom lately.

I'm guessing you've already encountered him, since he's been at the IA
Summits, but if you haven't, definitely check this out, and his book the CM
Bible.
We haven't implemented anything huge--yet--but we have a couple of irons in
the fire with our clients on this very issue.
