[Sigia-l] [spam] Retraction re: "IA" value posting I made earlier

Designing a system before you create (implement) it seems like good
practice to me.

If I was going to be picky about language I'd go for 'facet system' vs
'faceted system'.  Why use 'facet' as an adectival noun when there's a
perfectly good adjective form available?
