George Schneiderman, Antenna Software: AntennaTools

Topic:
AntennaTools: A powerful wireless solution that extends existing CRM
systems to the mobile workforce, enabling real-time, end-to-end service
request and inventory management directly from the field.

Bio:
George Schneiderman is a software interaction designer at Antenna
Software, the leading provider of integrated Web and wireless solutions
for the mobile service industry.  His responsibilities include interface
design, usability evaluation, contextual analysis, and information
architecture. Before Antenna, George spent five years as an Air Force
officer, where his responsibilities included software evaluation policy
work, the management of research contracts, and keeping his hair short.
George has a BA from Harvard in computer science, and an MA from the
University of New Mexico in history and film.  He is a member of SIGCHI,
and is largely self-educated in human-computer interaction.
