In reference to my statement "Its' not about the Web", 
Christina sed: "I need clarity on second: "it" refers 
to what?"

Christina previously sed: "And why is "Financially and 
economically viable" the only sites to be allowed on 
the web? What about art museums, personal projects, 
ezines, blogs? A part of the web's value is its 
diverse publishing sources."

Notice the liberal reference to the Web in the 
responsive posturing? It seems to be a theme with the 
frame of reference (mental model) of many 
practitioners on this list. That was what I was 
referring to. I postulate that it's a 'dangerous 
limitation' of perspective if we allow it to suggest 
the boundaries and/or focus of our discipline.
