ISDN can come in various flavors: 56K, 64K, 128K, or more when combining
channels. In many countries basic ISDN is 64K.
I think in a few countries you may have dial-up connections nominally rated
as 34K.
The digital connection may also turn out be ADSL, etc.
So, unless you need technically differentiated data, it might be better to
group these in a simpler hierarchy. Something like:
Dial-up (< 100K)
Cable/digital (< 1 Mbps)
Dedicated/high-speed ( 1 Mbps +)
