We are typically asked for "relevant experience," and case studies are one
of the ways we choose to showcase what we believe is relevant. We maintain a
collection of short paragraphs, as well as a few more in-depth
"client/challenge/solution" versions, that we can easily modify and use as
appropriate. We also see requests for "Portfolio" in RFPs or RFQs, and in
these cases we usually provide samples of work product (site maps,
wireframes, conceptual models, user flows, etc.) along with URLs if the
sites remain true to our work.
