[Sigia-l] CaseStudies in proposals

Plopped into my mailbox this morning is an RFQ which includes this line 
in the proposal requirements:

*    case study information on projects of similar nature, 
     outlining the problem, the process, and the results of the work

I've not seen that before, though I can understand it. What has your 
experience been with RFQ's -- do they ask for case studies along with 
references/testimonials?
