[Sigia-l] Help! New job ... terrible knowledge management

Would there be any chance of creating some low/mid-fidelity
structure/category/UI mock-ups, and getting some early tests with users?
This would quickly shift the (blind) argument away from "programmer god" &
"just your opinion" to documented fact, and provide evidence for clear and
informed decision making by management as well as the team...
