I was referring to LCDs. I haven't looked at a CRT in years. The future is
in non-CRT devices. So, going forward, this is not an issue, at all.

Again, the point is, unlike printed material, you CAN enlarge text on a
monitor, so there's virtually NO reason to look at small-size text on a
monitor. I also haven't looked at aliased text in years either.

So arbitrarily enlarged, anti-aliased text on a flicker-free monitor doesn't
suffer from any of the print-based issues. For older or problematic eyes,
the difference is even greater.

I don't buy it; the future is in digital.
