Hello Richard,

I'd like to reply in greater depth than I can do right at the moment,
as this is an area I've spent a lot of time researching, thinking and
applying, but I'm also kind of jammed right now.

My basic tenant is that apps like ClickTracks - cool as they are -
give too many pixels to wade through. Web Trends and the like give
too much data which is too general. To get real measurable results
from your efforts in the analytics field you need to synthesize the
data down to an actionable set of metrics...

I'm roughly devising a plan for an app of this nature out of tools
I've assembled over the years, but as I mentioned, I have other fish
to fry right now, but that is on the burner...

Wanna bounce a couple emails about it?

later,
/Joe
