[Sigia-l] Texts in e-book (Microsoft/Adobe Reader) format

I bought an e-book on Amazon for our library. It was a gigantic pain
in the derriere. You have to download an ebook reader BEFORE you get
the book, although they don't mention that. I have been unable to
print it properly (the pages get cut off on the bottom) and I cannot
return it or get any credit or get any answers as to who I should go
to for support - Adobe or Amazon.

two thumbs down.
