One book that I have been recommending to everyone I've ever met is
"Built for Use - Driving Profitability Through the User Experience"
by Karen Donoghue
It's a great read that deals with user centered design in conjunction with
marketing and business goals. We all gotta play together. Even the new Polar
Bear book has a chapter on Business Strategy...
