All,
At the London IA meeting last night, we discussed this
point in great detail.

Suggetions from us 
* East Coast is so much easier for Europeans, time and
money wise. Looking at the time it take to get to Portland,
13-14 hours was the quickest via Canada.
* Perhaps we could do the same as CHI and alternate between
the the West, East Coasts and Europe
* Lastly, Iceland as a destination - it is equally
expensive and far away for everyone. :)
