We are still seeking (self-)nominations for SIGHLTH chair-elect for the
coming SIG year (Oct. 2013 - Sep. 2014). This person will automatically
become the chair in the second yer (Oct. 2014-Sep 2015)

*All SIGHLTH members are eligible to serve as officers of the SIGHLTH.*
