The February 2003 issue of D-Lib Magazine
(http://www.dlib.org/) is now available.

This issue of D-Lib Magazine is a special issue on digital
reference, a collaboration between D-Lib Magazine and Guest
Editor, Joanne Silverstein, Information Institute of
Syracuse, Syracuse University.

There are five articles, a book review, several smaller
features in D-Lib Magazine's 'In Brief' column, excerpts
from recent press releases, and news of upcoming conferences
and other items of interest in 'Clips and Pointers'.  The
Featured Collection for February is the Univerisity of
Michigan's web site "Flora and Fauna in the Great Lakes
Region", with a description of the site contributed by Terri
Geitgey.
