[Sigcr-l] SIG-CR Workshop papers on DList

Some of you will aready know that DList has been down, since very soon after our workshop this year. I have spoken to someone at U-Arizona and they are not sure how long it will take to resolve both hardware and software problems. 

I will follow up on this in a couple weeks, and since we have copies of everyone's submissions, we can make them available in some other way if that proves necessary.
