[Sig-l] PENDING action items for SIG officer actions (reports, budgets AM sign up sheet and officer elections!!) - your response requested!!

Thanks Dick.
We'll be keeping the sign up sheet open and distributing the link to the
program as soon as we get it. Some SIGs are trying to plan the cost of
refreshments at the business meeting for their annual budget and thus need
to know as soon as possible what time they are holding their business
meeting. There are many slots over that two day period. No one need sign up
before the program is available.
