[Sig-l] 06 SIG Officers

At the SIG Planning Meeting I promised to send everyone a list of officers  
to aid in cross-SIG communication about programming.  Attached is the list  
with all the information that I know.  If anyone can fill in additional  
information or provide information about SIGs not represented in the list,  please 
send me that information directly, and I will send out a revised list  later.
