Sanda et al,
The web design group expects to have a "plan" for what should be done in
January '04. But that is a plan, with recommendations, cost estimates,
strategies, etc. It will probably lead to templates, style guides, etc.,
but that will all be in the future -- meaning after the first of the
year. How much can be changed, at what pace, and at what cost is
impossible to guess at right now.
