[Eurchap] ASIST EC - new board members

Dear Isto,

First of all, I would like to congratulate you for for having managed 
the Eupopean Chapter (EC) so well last year. You really succeeded to 
initiate many events and activities and thus making it to an active 
chapter. Also the composition of the new board proofs, that EC has roots 
all over Europe.
