[Chapters-l] Simplified report format for Annual Activities Report for ASIS&T Regional Chapters

Hi everyone,

Hope you all are doing well.

We've been working over the last few months to simplify the annual report
for regional chapters. The simplified report has been voted and approved by
the ASIS&T board.

I'm attaching the template in this email. Please use the new template for
filing this year's report. Kindly save the document, fill it out, and
submit it to http://www.softconf.com/asist2/Chap_of_Year/submit.html by the
August 15 deadline.
