[Chapters-l] ASIST Annual and Year End Reports

Chapters Leaders,

I look forward to seeing you at ASIST Annual.  Here are a few important meetings and programs:

Chapter Assembly at 10:00am on Sunday
All active chapters are expected to send a representative.  There we will talk about the state of chapters, end of the year reporting, all the cool things chapters are doing, who won which award, and much more.  We will also vote for Chapter Assembly Director 2010/2012, Chapter Assembly Deputy Director 2010/2012, Chapter Representatives to ASIS&T Chapter of the Year Jury 2010/2012, and Chapter Representative to the ASIS&T 2010 Nominations Committee.  The agenda and ballot are attached.

All year end reports should be in.  If you have not already submitted your annual report and your slate of officers to me please do.  Not sending your annual report, including the financial reports, in to ASIST HQ will mean no rebate for your chapter.  If you already submitted your annual report and your slate of officers, then many thanks and no action is needed.  The information submitted will be used to update the website, and the report has already been posted to the Wiki.

Chapter Planning Breakfast at 8:00am on Tuesday
This one is actually breakfast, and it is a big breakfast so do come and plan with us.  We will do chapter planning, share successes, consider things that might be good for chapter development funds, and other opportunities such as  serving as a chapter advisor.  Hope to see you there!

You may also want to attend the Leadership Development Program Sunday evening and the Annual Business Meeting Wednesday evening.
