On Thursday, January 21, STC Carolina is extremely excited to have
Joe Welinske, of WritersUA (www.writersua.com), give a special

field. Joe's presentation will provide an overview of the latest
trends in software user assistance, including the most important
technologies, key terminology, and predictions for the future of the
field.
