[Asistregional] ASIST Regional - promotional flyer

Hello Everyone,


   Attached is the draft document for the promotional flyer; we've added three new speakers.  I've updated a few other items, but am still missing three bio, which I hope will be coming shortly.


1.  The web site needs to be updated, using this newest draft; Jan: is that something you can handle?


2.  I am not great with graphics/layout: do we have someone (volunteer or HQ staff) who can make a nice flyer out of this, both in html and pdf?  We can then simply "paste" to emails and other social media sites.


3.  I'm planning to arrive Thursday afternoon, April 14th - driving down from Boston (with a few others); I'd like to do a walk through all the spaces we are using that afternoon and/or evening; are there others who would also like this walk-through?


   If I'm missing something, please let me know.  Life here at Harvard is super-hectic (about double what it normally is), given the closing of my library in May, plus another strategic initiative that I'm on (that I wasn't planning to be on!).
