Hello Tricia,
Excellent update regarding the "best practices" panel. As for a student chapter member, I can tell you that the Pratt Chapter, while active, is unable to participate in our program at Rutgers (we have one of their officers on this discussion/planning group).
I have reached out to the Long Island U. and Drexel U. chapters - both are dormant. However, there are members of the Rutgers student chapter now on the discussion group - are any of you open to being on this panel?
Regarding the Simmons/New England Chapter, I have not reached out to them directly, but will do so today.
Thanks.
Michael

Hi Michael,
I have people to speak on behalf of a SIG & a Chapter. I am looking to get a member from a student chapter for this as well but I have not heard back from ASIST @ Pratt yet. I wanted to check with you to see if the Drexel or Simmons chapter are involved with the planning of this and I may reach out to them as a backup. I want to be inclusive of all groups in this and not just those who are located at Rutgers :).
Thanks,
Tricia

Folks,
Attached is the updated program planning document, with a list of action items.
About the order of action items:
1. Chirag - room confirmation is priority #1. Others - if you think my estimates of possible attendees is incorrect, speak up quickly!!
2. IF ANYONE knows folks who can be speakers (see the various action items), especially from local program, please speak up. This includes the "un-conference" session in the afternoon.
3. I will send out a "logistics" list in a day or two, detailing things like publicity, registration, food, etc. Naturally, we need to confirm speakers before this.
Questions? Other ideas? Etc. Let me/us know.
Thanks.
Michael
