[Asistregional] ASIST Febrary 19 Program at Rutgers - Update and Action Items 25 January

Michael,

I have booked a room in the library for the whole day. Its capacity is 65. Couldn’t get any bigger room anywhere around. If we do have more than 65, we may need to go to a different campus at Rutgers (we have like five!).

This room is booked for the whole day and will cost us around $500. Are we ok with it?

I also booked a couple of classrooms at SC&I for the afternoon. Each of them can accommodate 40. 

Everything depends on number of participants. We also need to start announcing this event given we are so close to it.
